Technological Analysis and Quality Control

Anadolu Teknik Makine records all parameters from raw material state to shipping moment with its quality assurance laboratory at Luleburgaz production plants. Since we supply sectors requiring high precision like the foundry industry and construction chemicals, chemical stability and grain size consistency (sieve standard) are our top priorities.

In our advanced laboratory units, chemical analysis and grain size tests are performed on samples taken from each production series (on a lot-number basis), and the analysis certificates of the products are attached to the shipping documents. Furthermore, as an independent audit mechanism, we regularly have external chemical and mineralogical verification tests conducted by Istanbul University.

Applied Test & Analysis Protocols

  • Sieve Analysis (Grain Distribution): Grain size distribution of products (on micron and millimeter basis) is measured at a precision of one-tenth of a millimeter using Retsch precision sieve shakers.
  • Moisture Analysis: It is verified using thermogravimetric moisture analyzers that the moisture rate of the products after drying is below the standard value of 0.1%.
  • Chemical Analysis: The SiO₂ ratio, Fe₂O₃ impurities, and other oxide component ratios in the mineral are measured precisely using XRF spectrometers.
  • pH and Conductivity Tests: Especially in filtration sands, the control of pH limits (TS EN 12904) that will not alter the chemical balance of water is ensured.
